Yamato sobbed "Do you know how long it took me to get this far? I didn't even save!" He whimpered.

"You're wele boys." She then turned around ahe room, bumping into the doorframe on the way. Taichi happily loaded his spoon with ice cream and crammed it into his mouth. Yamato however, was staring crestfallen at the television.

"There there little Yama-." Tai embraced the blonde in a warm hug, "It's gonna be okay."

"Is it safe?" The two heard Mrs. Yagami say.

"Yama, it's okay." He said smiling.

"No." Tai replied. The door opened, and Tai's mother walked into the room, eyes clamped shut. She held out two bowls of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce drizzled all over it. Tai took one and hahe other to Matt. "Thanks mom."

"Oh… all my hard work…" He looked at his four fallen party members, laying flat on the ground. Dead. Taichi patted Yamato on the back.
